Villa PB-lita accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 master suites, a flex room for work or yoga, a fully equipped kitchen, and a saltwater pool. Enjoy modern comforts in a lush, palm-filled enclosed yard with private parking and easy access to local dining and shops.

Before booking, Larry and Tessa are happy to answer any questions and ensure Villa PB-lita is the perfect fit for your stay. During your visit, our local property manager, Paulina, will assist with check-in, provide recommendations, and address any needs. While Larry and Tessa aren’t always in Sayulita, they’re just a message away to help make your stay seamless.

Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 29 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €438 is due.
Notes
Booking 30 days or more before check-in
Full Refund: If Guests cancel within 48 hours after booking or at least 30 days before check-in, they will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: If Guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Guests can cancel within 7 days before check-in. No-shows or early departures are not eligible for any refund.
Booking less than 30 days before check-in
For reservations made within 30 days of check-in, guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours after booking, if the cancellation is at least 14 days before check-in.
The same rules for Partial- and No Refund apply as mentioned above.
